I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were decent, with a nice bathroom and a safe in the closet for added security. Although the cleanliness was average, the small terrace provided a nice view, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel's location is excellent for exploring the town center, despite some traffic noise from the street below.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were impeccably clean and so comfortable. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The location was superb, near everything I wanted to explore in the city-center of Cuenca. The dining experience was top-notch with a variety of delicious options. The facilities were fantastic, making my stay even more enjoyable.
